Beate H.K. Mauder Kakkar - Managing Director

Beate Mauder has been involved with the Indian and Asian markets to develop business for Europe and Asia for Rafael Hotels and Aman Resorts since 1996. In 2002, she moved to India from New York where she held the position of Managing Director of Leading Marketing Services, part of The Leading Hotels of the World, as Vice President, Marketing for Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces based at the corporate head-office in Mumbai. She developed a public relations network in India and internationally, enhanced communication and reservation channels and developed marketing initiatives and a network of marketing alliance partners in India and abroad. Branding and positioning had been a focus to differentiate and build competitive advantage in each business segment.

Beate holds a MBA degree from Henley College, UK, a BTS Gestion Hoteliere degree from Lycee d'Hotellerie et du Tourism d'Ile de France, Paris, and received a scholarship for Cornell University, Ithaca, New York. She worked for Le Meridien Hotels in San Francisco, London, Hong Kong and Beijing before she joined Rafael Hotels in 1992 in charge of sales and marketing in Europe, later Asia Pacific, based with Aman Resorts, the sister company in Hong Kong. She became the Director of Sales & Marketing for The Oriental, Bangkok when Mandarin Oriental acquired Rafael Hotels.

German by birth, Beate is fluent in English, French and Spanish; and is working on improving her Hindi.

Sabrina Vieira - Director Sales & Marketing

Sabrina joined Indiva in February 2007 from ITC Sheraton Grand Central, Mumbai post her Bachelor in Hotel Management. Professional and enthusiastic, Sabrina enjoys a great relationship with all her trade contacts and is responsible for the effectiveness and success in multiple marketing initiatives.

Sabrina is fluent in English, Hindi and French. If she gets a choice she will make French her first language.
Rucha Mahadik Pangerkar - Senior Sales Manager

Rucha joined Indiva in September, 2008 initially as a Sales & Media Coordinator and has been promoted to Sales Executive. She has been instrumental in developing the FIT business and expanding MICE opportunities across all accounts. Rucha completed her Diploma in Travel and Tourism Management from the Kuoni Academy.

Rucha is fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi and has basic knowledge of Gujarati. Rucha is our in-house computer expert.
Chantele Pereira Fernandes - Senior Sales Manager

Chantele joined Indiva Marketing in February 2012 after working with DTCM (Dubai Department Tourism and Commerce Marketing) and Tamarind Tours. She has completed her Diploma in Travel and Tourism Management from the Kuoni Academy. Chantele holds excellent market knowledge and has developed trade contacts for all accounts.

She is fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi and has basic knowledge of German and French.

Chantele is a nature enthusiast and loves the mountains.
Akshita Sharma - Sales Co-Ordinator

Akshita joined as Sales Coordinator. She holds a Masters Degree in Tourism and Travel Management from Garware Institute, Mumbai, a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and has completed IATA Foundation Diploma from Eduglobe School of Learning. She started her career at Tibro as Products and Operations Executive. She is fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi.
Sheetal Momaya - Sales Executive

Sheetal successfully completed a 6-month training at Indiva Marketing and joined as Sales Executive in November 2019, immediately after her Post Graduation diploma in Administration from IGTC Mumbai.

She is fluent in English, Hindi and Gujarati and has basic knowledge of German.
Shrawani Koyande - Senior Sales Executive

An MBA intern in 2023 from IGTC Mumbai, Shrawani is actively supporting the sales team in multiple tasks. She has a bachelor's degree in Economics and has completed a B2 level of German from Goethe Institute. She is fluent in English, Marathi, Hindi.
Minerva White - Sales & Media Executive

Minerva holds a Business Management degree from Colegio de San Juan de Letran, Philippines and has a strong advertising background gained in the Middle East and India. At Business India magazine, Minerva handled luxury brands, airlines, hotels, international banks and tourism boards before joining South African Tourism - India office as Trade & Marketing Officer.

Sherry Sharma - Director PR & Media Marketing

Sherry started her career in Public Relations and Marketing after finishing PG Diploma in Mass Communications from SVKM. With over 16 years of experience in marketing and communications, Sherry has a track record of successfully leading big campaigns and efficiently handling communication messaging and positioning for renowned Indian and International brands.

Her general management expertise has been leveraged across high-growth sectors including tourism, lifestyle, banking, and hospitality. Sherry has been a recipient of Marketing & Communications person of the Year (2012) during her tenure with South African Tourism.
Mitali Thakur - Media Executive

Mitali joined Indiva in 2022 and comes from a content writing and digital marketing background. She has worked in various fields like E-Learning, Fitness, and Recruitment. Mitali holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Media and a Master's in Film, Television & New Media from Mumbai University. She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Avya Mishra - Senior Media Executive

Avya joined in 2024 with a rich experience in fashion, entertainment journalism, and B2B PR. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Accountancy and is well-versed in PR and digital marketing. Avya is fluent in English and Hindi and has basic knowledge of Bengali and French.
Rishita Nandurkar - PR Intern
