Beate Mauder has been involved with the Indian and Asian markets to develop business for Europe and Asia for Rafael Hotels and Amanresort since 1996.

In 2002, she moved to India from New York where she held the position of Managing Director of Leading Marketing Services, part of The Leading Hotels of the World, as Vice President, Marketing for Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces based at the corporate head-office in Mumbai. She developed a public relations network in India and internationally, enhanced communication and reservation channels and developed marketing initiatives and a network of marketing alliance partners in India and abroad. Branding and positioning had been a focus to differentiate and build competitive advantage in each business segment.

Beate holds a MBA degree from Henley College, UK, a BTS Gestion Hoteliere degree from Lycee d'Hotellerie et du Tourism d'Ile de France, Paris, and received a scholarship for Cornell University, Ithaca, New York. She worked for Le Meridien Hotels in San Francisco, London, Hong Kong and Beijing before she joined Rafael Hotels in 1992 in charge of sales and marketing in Europe, later Asia Pacific, based with Amanresorts, the sister company in Hong Kong. She became the Director of Sales&Marketing for The Oriental, Bangkok when Mandarin Oriental acquired Rafael Hotels.

German by birth, Beate is fluent in English, French and Spanish. And is working on improving her Hindi.
 

Sabrina Vieira, Sales Manager
Sabrina joined in February 2007 from ITC Sheraton post her bachelors degree in hotel management which she completed in Mumbai. She is fluent in English, Hindi and French.

Sushant Kashalikar, Sales Executive
Sushant joined in January 2009 after a stint in Dubai. He completed a post graduate diploma in Travel &Tourism Management at the Kuoni Academy of Travel and worked at SOTC.

Mayur Dhotre, Sales Assistant
Earlier with The Kuoni Academy and Hotel Intercontinental, Mumbai, Mayur received his BA in Hospitality Management from ITM in Mumbai.

Ridheema Singh, Asst. Manager - Media
Ridheema joined in March 2008 from 3 Global Services. She was earlier part of the pre-opening team at the Grand Hyatt Hotel Mumbai. Ridheema holds a master's degree from SNDT University, Mumbai. She is fluent in English and Hindi.

Shahfreen Elavia, Media Executive
Earlier with Uppercrust Magazine, Shahfreen holds a post graduate diploma in advertising, media and event management and a bachelor degree from Mumbai University

Rucha Mahadik, Administrative Assistant
Rucha joined in September 2008 from Brand Promotions Ltd. after completing the Kuoni Academy of Travel.
